Gentofte Job Centre provides consultancy and assistance in recruiting staff, retaining staff and integration of staff with different ethnic backgrounds, and offers guidance on matters such as sick leave and the employment of students and apprentices.
Advisory services are also provided for entrepreneurs, who can be referred for specialised advice to the municipality's ‘Væksthus' (Growth Centre).
