Marielundvej Business Park is an area of 96 hectares (240 acres) and 6,500 workplaces. It is perfectly located conveniently close to the train station, major roads and Copenhagen airport, which is only a 20 minute drive away.

The area has a mix of traditional industries and technology intensive companies with an international focus. One-third of the workplaces are within manufacturing in areas such as metal, instruments and electronics. Large companies include Ruko AS, Otis A/S, B-K Medical and Ernitec A/S. Technical testing, measuring and control is another major area, in which companies like Synarc A/S, UL International Demko A/S and Brunata are represented. Terma develops and produces precision mechanics for the defence, flight and space industries.

Approximately one quarter of companies in the area operate within wholesale, including wholesale machinery, equipment and IT.
